Purpose of the Privacy Statement

Sullivan’s Brewing Company Limited respects your right to privacy in relation to your use of our website, official social media pages controlled by us and any other form of electronic communication which we use to communicate with you (together the “Sites”). This Privacy Statement sets out how we safeguard any information which you disclose to us or which may be collected by us via the Sites. Any personal information which you volunteer to Sullivan’s Brewing Company Limited will be treated in accordance with this statement and the terms of all applicable laws which may be adopted in your country of residence from time to time.

Your Consent to this Privacy Statement

Please read this statement carefully to understand our practices regarding your personal information and how we treat it. If you do not read or if you disagree with any aspect of this statement, you should not use the Sites. By visiting the Sites and continuing to use them, you are accepting and consenting to the practices described in this statement. We do not hold more information than is necessary for the purpose for which we collect it. We do not collect or keep your personal information for any longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or as required by law.

If at any time after giving us personal information you decide that you would like a copy of the personal information or you no longer wish us to hold or use the information, or if that the information becomes out of date or inaccurate, you are free to notify us in writing at the address set out below. You should include any personal identifiers which you supplied earlier via the Sites (e.g. name; address; phone number; e-mail address, social media account ID). We will endeavour to promptly provide you with a copy of the information or remove or rectify the information (for which we may charge a small fee).

Sullivan’s Brewing Company Limited will not disclose your personal information to any third party except as described in this statement or as otherwise agreed by you. You acknowledge and agree that in certain circumstances we may be obliged to disclose your personal information to our agents and other third party service providers who perform certain functions on our behalf. Such third parties will not be authorised by us to use your information in any way other than the intended use. We may also be obliged to disclose your personal information under applicable law, to comply with a legal process or to enforce our Terms of Use.

In certain circumstances, we may ask to process your personal information for marketing purposes. If you do not wish for us to do this, please tick the relevant box on the forms we use to collect your data or contact us.

You should also be aware that where you link to another website from our Sites, we have no control over that other website. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee that the controller of that website will respect your privacy or data security in the same manner as Sullivan’s Brewing Company Limited. Keeping your Information Secure

We use appropriate technical measures to protect any information you disclose to us. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to a Site and you do so at your own risk. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure, please notify us immediately of the suspected problem.

Use of Sites by Children

We do not collect information from any person under the age of eighteen. Do not provide us with your personal information if you are not of legal age to purchase alcohol.

If we believe that you are under legal purchase age we will make every reasonable effort to remove your personal information from our records.

Cross-Border Transfer of Information

We may transfer your personal information to other countries where we do business for the purposes described above. Such other countries may have different data protection laws to your country of residence. Collection of Non-Personal Information and COOKIES POLICY

You should be aware that each time you visit a Site, general information about your visit is automatically retained. We use statistical and other analytical information collected on browsers who visit the Site to provide us with general information about the number of people who visit a Site and who return to a Site; the pages that they visit; where they were before they came to a Site and the page and Site at which they exited. Sullivan’s Brewing Company reserves the right in its sole discretion to amend this statement at any time, and you should regularly check this statement for any amendments we make.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Privacy Statement and all matters in relation to the use and operation of the Sites are governed by the laws of Ireland and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
